Favorich Agro Private Limited is the largest snack food raw-material manufacturer and supplier, nationally for over 20 years. The company has been supplying various materials and products to manufacturing brands like Kurkure, Cheetos, Takatak, Bingos, Pepsico, Parle, ITC, Britannia, United Breweries, and more for generations. Presently, the company is developing an Industrial Park and promoting the Favorich Mega food park project in Mandya District of Karnataka.

M/s Prem Sugars and Chemicals Corporations limited was incorporated in the year 1997 with an objective of developing a sugar factory at Nagamangala Taluk of Mandya District. However due to non availability of sugarcane area, the government of Karnataka approved setting up of Multi Model Logistic Park in an area of 200 Acres of land in 2016 at Kalinganahalli village, Bellur Hobli, Nagamangala Taluk of Mandya District. In the year 2017 the company was amalgamated with Favorich Infra Pvt ltd.

● The site is located next to Bangalore-Mangalore railway line ( South western railway).

● Bangalore – Mangalore and Bangalore- Mumbai is the traditional logistics region catering to Northern, Central and Western India.

● The proposed location is surrounded by 20,000 Acres on industrial areas viz., Dabaspete (40 Kms) Kunigal (15 Kms), Narasapura, Tumkur (60 Kms) and Hassan (80 Kms). Also 14,000 Acres Japanese Park in the vicinity.

● Cargo base of its own (both containerised and non-containerised).

● Very good road and rail connectivity to all clusters in the hinterland.

● Strong presence of traders catering to multiple industry segments.

● Strong presence of customs agents and other service providers.

● The project site is located on the National Highway 75 connecting Bangalore to Hassan and Mangalore.

● The project site is at a distance of 90 Kms from Bangalore city and 3.5 Kms from Yediyur town.

● The project has received Railway siding In-principle approval from south western railways.

● The company has received approval for setting up of industrial park and sublease of plots from Government of Karnataka through state high level clearance committee dated 14.06.2016.

● The industrial park will have 18 Mtrs wide road with all basic facilities like road, water, STP, substation with plots minimum plots size of 1 Acres and also as per customer requirement.

● Food processing, warehousing, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, logistics company and or any other Industries suitable for setting up in the park.
